Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in HR functions including recruitment process, payroll, staff orientation
- Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment functions including job posting, screening, shortlisting, and interview candidates.
- Managing work pass-related activities such as handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles (CPF, Statutory contribution, IRAS)
- Support in monthly payroll including attendance checking and overtime process.
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate data, reports, and office administration.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
