Responsibilities :
- To liaise with shipping lines, haulers and suppliers
- To be able to declare permits and handle shipping documentations
- Hands-on on operations experience in Shipping or Transport Logistics Company
- Able to handle cross border trucking and documentation
Requirements:
- Must pass Customs Competency Test for Declarant
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supervisory role or hands on operations experience
- Diploma in logistics, engineering or business related field is preferred
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Levels / Diploma in relevant field of studies
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in handling Sea Freight import export duties in a Freight Forwarding organization
- Knowledge in freight forwarding, export procedure and permit declaration.
- Computer literate
- Familiar with incoterms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to function as a team player
- Knowledge of customs regulations and dangerous goods would be desirable
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
