Responsibilities:
Business Application Development / Support:
- Manage and support in-house Power BI reports, Power Apps, and Automate workflows.
- Analyze stakeholder business requirements and challenges.
- Develop solutions utilizing the Power Platform and Power BI.
- Provide hands-on training and support to empower business users as citizen developers.
Project Coordination / Business Analyst:
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Lead the analysis of business requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Maintain and update the IT Project and Knowledge online document library.
- Facilitate periodic meetings and prepare management reports.
Communication:
- Proactively communicate project performance metrics and milestones to team members and IT leadership.
- Effectively liaise with various functional departments regarding support projects, process changes, issues, and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in IT or possess 2-3 years of equivalent IT working experience.
- Have knowledge and practical experience in Power Platform and Power BI.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data modeling, DAX, ELT tools, SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse.
- Exhibit meticulousness with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Embrace a service-oriented, team-player mindset.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across all organizational levels and with external partners/vendors.
