Boutique student care centre provides premium after-school care and award winning Math programme in Singapore, Canada, U.S.A and many other countries for children aged 4 to 12 years old.
We are looking for a Student Care Supervisor (Part-Time) for our branch at Tiong Bahru. Potential candidates would be expecting a 5.5 days work week (12.30pm to 7pm) and Saturday teaching duties (morning or afternoon)
Responsibilities
- Plan monthly theme for our enrichment activities and select suitable lesson plans from our online library resources
- Supervise and guide students on homework, spelling and 听写
- Buying lunch and fetching of students from nearby schools
- Supervision of children during outdoor playtime
- Provide administrative support to Centre Director such as restocking of food supplies for pantry, ordering from HQ for the proprietary Math tuition books, new student welcome kits and stationeries, etc
- Arrange replacement classes with parents for our Math tuition classes, sorting the tuition material to get ready for other tutors to teach the lessons.
- Arrange Qxpress with HQ and keep track of invoices, receipts, expenses for book keeping purposes.
- Generate billing invoices for the Director's approval on a monthly basis.
- Hold the company's office mobile phone and attend to parents' queries especially on new sales enquires and renewal packages during official working hours.
- To teach Math tuition in the capacity of a tuition teacher and relief other part-time tutors when the need arises
- Maintain group whatsapp communication channels with our current pool of tutors and parents
- Basic cleaning duties of the centre on a daily basis
- Occasional ad hoc task assigned by the Centre Director
Requirements
Diploma Holders or above are welcome to apply. Candidates must have a good knowledge of P1 to P6 Primary Math Syllabus prior to application. Similar work experience as a student care teacher will be an advantage.
Kindly note that the working hours are subject to changes during the school holidays. Time off will be given if extra work hours are required.
