The Air Pricing & CS Executive will be working as an Air Pricing & CS Executive. S/he will be providing a proactive and comprehensive service to both Internal and External customers in all aspects of pricing/quotation.


Requirements:

  • Support the Pricing Manager to ensure fast and accurate responses for pricing/quotations for both internal departments and overseas stations as well as clients.
  • Respond timely to client pricing requests and process e-bids in customer’s portals
  • Coordinate tenders and RFQs for all Air- freight products when assigned.
  • Obtain pricing from carriers, co-loaders, and internal network (product teams, overseas stations) to provide a solution and pricing to clients as per request
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders
  • Act as a resource for all Air- freight inquiries for Crane SG
  • Responsible for coordinating with internal and external customers to arrange collection.
  • Plan with the vendor to arrange collection
  • Provide instruction to the Air Export operation team with complete information for execution as well as cost information
  • To verify vendor invoices for shipments arranged
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to customers and account managers, when required
  • Support the team to ensure fast and responses for pricing/quotations for both internal departments and overseas stations as well as clients.
  • Respond timely to client pricing requests
  • Track and analyze bid-winning ratios
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC / Diploma in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Air-freight Pricing or within the forwarding or airline industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and co-loaders
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn, quick learner, and accountability
  • Ability in data analysis, careful calculation, and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving mentality
  • The incumbent will represent Crane with professionalism and integrity in line with our company code of conduct and compliance policies
