- Responsible for Operational Leadership of Catering & Restaurant
- Responsible for the delivery of the overall operational Metrics & Sales Targets
- Responsible for Daily Front-of-the House (Deliveries/Restaurant) and Back-of-the-House Restaurant (Kitchen Operations)
- Set and Review Quality Performance Standards of Services and Products. Regularly review product quality
- Constant pursuit to Deliver Service Excellence to Maximize Customer Satisfaction.
- Execute and Manage Crisis Management plan effectively when the situation arises.
- Manage and Execute Human Resource (HR) management of FOH & BOH.
- Manage supply chain resources and ensure accurate inventory.
- Manage restaurant’s brand image and marketing activities. Promote the brand in the local community through multiple channels e.g., word-of-mouth, restaurant events, social media campaigns, advertising and co-branding. Recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
- Control operational costs, identify measures to cut waste and maintain efficiency metrics.
- Maintain and Conduct Hygiene Audits ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain and Conduct Safety/ESG Audits to ensure exceeding compliant standards.
- Manage & Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Research, and onboard new vendors, services, products to improve productivity to maximise efficiency and cost.
- Implement policies and protocols for Business Continuity to maintain future restaurant operations.
- Work with other HODs to ensure company performs efficiently in all aspects of the business.
- Reports to the CEO of Eatz Group Pte Ltd and perform other tasked as assigned by the directors.
Requirements:
- Experienced in an F&B Establishment is must (Catering preferred)
- Possess Good Communication Skills, Be Meticulous, Always Accurate Results Driven
- Strong, Good & Strategic Leader with Entrepreneur-like spirit
- Quick-Thinking, Versatile to be able to Solve Problems & Deliver Results
- Highly-Motivated & able to Work Independently
- Flexible in working odd-hours where necessary for large scale events.
- Strong Desire to own projects and exceed beyond expectation
- Possess a Diploma / or Trade Certificate in Relevant Discipline
- At least 10 years’ Experience in Catering will be an advantage
- Strong Command: MS Word/Excel, ERPs etc
- Possess a Valid Class 3 Licence
