- Experience with Linux OS, MySQL, MSSQL, and Maria DB patching.
- Familiarity with various database systems and their patching processes.
2. Patching and Update Management:
- Ensure seamless testing, scheduling, and deployment of patches.
- Rigorous testing in controlled environments to verify effectiveness and prevent conflicts.
- Perform risk-based prioritization for efficient patch deployment.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Effective collaboration with customer IT teams for user acceptance testing.
- Emergency response capability for critical vulnerabilities.
- Understanding of customer infrastructure and collaborative support processes.
4. Troubleshooting and Support:
- Proficient in troubleshooting production issues and addressing user concerns.
- Experience with principal vendors to provide timely resolutions.
- Availability for customer inquiries and support needs, including monitoring during non-business hours.
5. Continuous Learning and Adaptability:
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills and automation.
