Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler/ Distribution
- Position Title: Procurement and Logistics Executive
- Working Location: Changi North
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5.30 pm; 1 half-day Saturday per month, 8 am – 12 pm
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + Attendance Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Communicate with management and contractors regarding cost estimations.
- Negotiate project terms to handle all issues effectively.
- Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance the overall project value.
- Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with standards.
- Handle the full logistics process, including shipping documentation (mainly import; export when necessary).
- Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Oversee company vendors, including IT and maintenance/repair/operating contracts.
- Manage contracts, such as purchasing agreements, certificates, and renewal inspections.
- Respond to supplier, vendor, and internal inquiries.

- At least a Diploma with 2 years of related working experience, preferably from the Construction industry
- Full process of procurement including QS-related experiences preferred
- Comfortable with working in a warehouse or non-aircon environment
- Able to start work on a short notice or immediately
