Changi Airport Recreation Club was set up in 1990 as a club for staff members of the airport community and their families and friends. Located at Terminal 2, the Clubhouse provides recreational facilities and organizes programmes and events. In addition to individual membership, the Club also offers corporate membership to organisations in the aviation community.
Club Executive (Programmes & Marketing), Changi Airport Recreation Club
You will be an employee of CARC. As Club Executive (Programmes & Marketing), your key responsibilities include:
· Managing customer relations
o Attend to enquiries via phone, email or at Reception Counter
o Assist customers with membership transactions, facility bookings, services and payment
· Reporting maintenance and facilities faults to the relevant parties
· Opening and closing the Club at the end of the day when on duty
· Assisting Club Manager to prepare attendance and revenue reports
· Assisting in planning and organizing programmes and activities to drive revenue and member engagement
· Plan, Upload & Update Club’s marketing and communications on social media, website and through airport partner channels
· Map out forward-looking calendar of events to provide MC with an activities outlook
Past experience or training in event management, event facilitation (e.g. emcee) would be advantageous
Requirements:
· Relevant work experience in customer service
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Able to work shift duties (morning/night shift) including weekends and public holidays
