Senior System Engineer (Enterprise Infrastructure)
Responsibilities
- Invoved in VM virtualization, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Patch management.
- Resposible for preventive and corrective maintenance requests such as version upgrade, patching and hardening.
- Experience in supporting system, storage hardware & management software and storage networking including disaster recovery.
- Maintaining, Migration and Troubleshooting in any of the Operating System like Windows/ UNIX / LINUX.
- Basic Scripting skills(shell, perl, python etc).
- Escalate to vendor and work with them to resolve the issue.
Requirements
- Strong in IT Enterprise Infrastructure Management.
- Good in Network, Systems, Servers Linux and Virtualisation.
- Experience in handling hardware integration and software configuration.
- Certifications such as Microsoft SCOM, SCCM, MCSE, VMWare, Linux, RedHat will be advantage.
- Experience in the areas of physical system and storage hardware, storage management software and storage networking including disaster recovery.
- Perform 24 x 7 standby duties on rotational basis, if required.
- Work location: Jurong East
