Job Description:
- Address maintenance tasks assigned by Maintenance Engineers.
- Analyze process parameters, alarms, and information/drawings to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of plant equipment and auxiliary systems.
- Conduct unit functional tests for the recommissioning of overhauled units.
- Take the lead in repairing or replacing faulty or malfunctioning components in machinery and equipment.
- Evaluate spare part needs, initiate purchase orders, document parts and materials usage, and review tender quotations.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for all maintenance activities.
- Uphold a safe and organized work area through consistent housekeeping practices.
- Generate weekly activity reports.
- Fulfill additional duties as directed by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Nitec / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably possesses 3 years' experience in Engineering or related field
- Self-driven, with good working attitude and a good team player
