About the Role:
We're searching for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our fragrance storytelling into the next chapter. As a marketing maestro, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving brand awareness, and ultimately, igniting a love for our perfumes in the hearts of fragrance enthusiasts across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Craft compelling brand narratives and storytelling across all marketing channels that is consistent with the brand.
- Work closely with graphic designers and/or photographers to manage and execute creative campaigns, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand voice.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform marketing decisions.
- Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, production) to ensure seamless brand messaging and execution.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative approaches to reach target audiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the fragrance or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Excellent creative storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passion for fragrance and an understanding of the global fragrance and beauty and/or luxury market.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Mailchimp).
