Job Description & Requirements
Reporting to Asset Management Department, you shall maintain an efficient day to day operation of administrative duties on all matters relating to the Asset Management division.
Job Description:
- Responsible for maximising total return for the portfolio of properties assigned, including working with the property management & leasing department to improve occupancy, revenue (rental and other income) and reduce costs.
- Tenant & lease management of assigned portfolio of properties.
- Responsible for the timely preparation of management reports and board papers.
- Coordinate the bi-annual valuation execrises.
- To liaise with and/or engage relevant authorities ie. JTC for onboarding of new tenants.
- Assist senior management in evaluating and resolving operational issues.
- Support senior management in matters such as ideal structuring, due diligence, feasibility studies during acquisition/deposition of assets.
- All other duties assigned by the senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or relevant working experience
- Knowledge in Data Analytics or related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Yardi systems
- 1 year of relevant experience in real estate asset management and investment is a plus. Candidates without working experience will be considered
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
