Responsibilities:
- To work together with consultants and subcontractors on the shop drawings, samples, and method statement, and to ensure that everyone involved is informed of any updates.
- To ensure that the site progresses successfully, it is necessary to attend project/technical meetings and work with the owner/consultants to handle site difficulties.
- to confirm that the work performed on the job site complies with the authorized plans, specifications, and authority requirements; additionally, to guarantee that the subcontractor corrects any non-compliance.
- Have weekly M&E meetings with the M&E subcontractors to make sure their tasks are completed in the correct order. Make sure the site supervisors are informed of the work sequence to prevent conflicts between site activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in M&E Construction industry.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Open for working 5.5 Days
