Part-time Admin Assistant

  • $10 to $15 per hour depending on experience
  • Location: Soon Lee Road (Pioneer)


Job Description

  • Office duties - filing, scanning, laminating, updating of bills
  • Replenishing office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information/data
  • Handling of calls when required
  • General admin support
  • Collaborate with various departments to support company operations and contribute to team efforts
  • Performing other relevant ad hoc duties when needed


Requirement

  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, experience in Quickbooks is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Accuracy and good attention to details
  • Ability to work under direction as well as independently
  • Some admin experience is preferred
  • Able to commence work within short notice period or immediately
