Job Description
- Office duties - filing, scanning, laminating, updating of bills
- Replenishing office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information/data
- Handling of calls when required
- General admin support
- Collaborate with various departments to support company operations and contribute to team efforts
- Performing other relevant ad hoc duties when needed
Requirement
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, experience in Quickbooks is an added advantage
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Accuracy and good attention to details
- Ability to work under direction as well as independently
- Some admin experience is preferred
- Able to commence work within short notice period or immediately
