Responsibilities
- Produce Basic Auto Cad/Sketch Up/BIM drawings
- Assist Project Manager in tendering, understand the tender specification requirement.
- Draft quotation for project
- Prepare cost estimation, revise and update tendering
- Coordinate with project team to measure and value the work done/products used on site for claim submission
- Draft report for project submission
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum Degree and above in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 1-2 years of working experience in QS or related construction field
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels
- Proficiency in Autocad is a MUST
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
