- Salary: $13.45 per hour
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 830am - 5pm
- Location: Novena
- Contract Period: Till Jun 2024 (extendable based on performance and business needs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the Helpline
- Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
- Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
