We are looking for dynamic individuals with strong technology and project management skills, coupled with customer focused mindset, to become part of our growing SaaS team.
Key deliverables include:
- Work with our subscriber travel agencies across Asia Pacific, Operations and Technology teams to define and improve the UI/UX, functions, workflows and capabilities of our Plover Platform, Portal and App.
- Manage external and internal stakeholders to ensure reported issues and enhancements are reviewed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Work with 3rd party vendors (GDS, airlines, aggregators, payment providers, etc) on API connectivity.
- Perform testing protocols and prepare release notes for app releases.
- Manage deliverables and timelines on assigned projects.
- Conduct demo and training of platform and apps to users.
A good match would include:
· Self-starter with good communication and time management skills.
· Possesses a diploma or degree in software computing, electrical / computer engineering or related fields with at least 1 years of working experience
· Familiarity with GDS / NDC, and knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
