As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all claims are processed in a timely way and that payments are made accurately within the turnaround time. The ideal candidate will be in charge of policy liabilities, investigating all claims, calculating/determining the claim amount payment according on policy coverage, management rules, and reviewing LOG requests.
In order to be successful in this position, you will be required to handle and manage claim enquiries/complaints from policyholder, claimants, intermediaries, hospitals and various other parties.
Skills & experience required
- 2+ years of experience in Life and Health claims assessment and claims management
- Ability to work with tight timelines and under pressure
- Highly organised around multiple priorities & timelines
- Good understanding of the Insurance industry (Life & Health)
