Focused education and hands-on experience in preparing food
Well versed in adjusting ingredients and taste to accommodate varying tongues cultures diets etc.
Excellent communication skills used to describe and train chefs in the best ways to cook design and present foods
Innovative and creative with presentation of foods for guests
Can demonstrate the best ways to manage time save costs and remain organized whether preparing complicated dishes or simple short orders
To manage and all chefs and kitchen team to achieve the directions of the company.
Experienced in Vietnamese Cuisine and Language would be an added advantage.
