Key responsibilities
Responsibilities include :
- Support daily finance operations,
- including Payables and Receivables
- Bank/Cash Management
- PO/Inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure timely Monthly/Quarterly/Annual closing and reporting
- Support Annual Financial Audit
- Support GST/Corporate Tax reporting
- Support ERP implementation project
- Ensure proper documentation of finance related records
- Support Ad-hoc projects required by management
Skills required
- Good knowledge and understanding of financial standards – Eg. IFRS/GAAP
- Good application understanding of ERP systems and processes
- Ability to prepare financial statements in line with latest financial standards
- Exposure in professional accounting firms preferred
Preferred experience
- English proficiency, Bahasa will be added advantage
- 3 years experience in accounting and audit
- Advanced excel skills including pivot tables
- Experience in using ERP systems or accounting packages(Xero/MYOB/Quickbooks)
