- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Identify/check drawing discrepancies
- Prepare method statements, material requisition,
- Project planning & supervisions, M&E cost control
- Project documentation, drawings updating, CSD
- Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub- contractors on technical matters & proposals
- Inspections of work by sub-contractors, ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- To ensure proper quality and safety regulations are complied
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in building construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM knowledge will be an added advantage
• Organized, independent and highly motivated
