Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding, probation review, performance review and offboarding.
  • Guide business on workforce planning, participate on the annual people cost forecast, develop a sustainable plan to fulfil business objectives in short to long term.
  • Guide managers in usage of performance review, salary review, bonus and promotion, ensure to be in line with the group’s methodologies.
  • Review & enhance existing process & template such as people cost forecast, induction program, company policies.
  • Partner with COE functions (e.g. Rewards, Shared Services…) to drive people related programs such as wellness enhancement and people system implementation.
  • Work with manager to identify and develop a high performing team, set development plan such as coaching, mentoring, and training to retain the key talents.
  • Partner with business stakeholders on all people matters, act as internal HR advisor to provide pragmatic HR solutions.
  • Work with the leadership team to plan and implement employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Someone with at least 10 years of HR, preferably come with experience handling corporate functions (e.g. Finance, Marketing, IT…).
  • Someone who is a seasoned HRBP and strong on numerical skills. Experience on end-to-end employee life cycle management is highly preferred.
  • Someone who has prior experience or knowledge of Singapore Labour laws and IR practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
