Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality issues from production and IQA
- Handle nonconforming material and follow up with supplier for corrective actions
- Lead new supplier assessment and annual audit for existing suppliers
- Monitor and review supplier quality performance annually
- Monthly engage and review with suppliers’ quality performance and drive for continuous improvement
- Issue and follow up on the supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) to supplier, review SCAR effectiveness for timely closure and track SCAR log monthly
- Assist QA Manager on internal quality activities
- Liaise with internal production on internal process issues
- Implement the quality assurance plan, mainly on incoming, in process and outgoing inspections
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant subject area
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences in QMS and ISO 9001 audit, preferably in manufacturing industries
