· Position: Service Engineer
· Location: Tuas (company transport provided)
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + OT Payable + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowance + Meal Allowance
· Duration: Permanent
· Industry: Equipment & parts distributor (MNC)
Main Responsibilities:
· Product delivery training to distributors and customers
· Provide diagnosis guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls
· Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries
· Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue
· Furnish warranty claims and quality report to drive quality improvement on our products
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry
· Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram
· Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
