- Position : Architectural Designer (AutoCAD/Revit/Adobe)
- Location : Sin Ming Lane (Nearest MRT Brighthill)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (12 Days WFH per Annum)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + Performance Allowance + 14 Days Annual Leave (Up to 20 Days) + Medical Claims

Main Responsibilities:
- Research, planning and developing architectural designs.
- Perform design, submission and implementation of project.
- Produce CAD drawings, renderings, layouts and colour boards to aid in discussion with clients.
- Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings and design layouts.
- Create initial design drafts and product solutions for design recommendations.
- Adhering to design specifications, required codes and standards to ensure compliance for authorities’ submission & construction.
- Attend meeting and liaise with clients/consultants/contractors to coordinate project details.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- Knowledge in building codes and regulatory standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe etc.
- Excellent technical and design skills.
- Min 2 years' experience
