Job Responsibilities
• Responds to Attractions recovery and repair of Ride & Show mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment in USS (Universal Studios Singapore).
• Troubleshoots failed components using basic test equipment, schematics/prints and specialized tools, equipment and resources.
• Report to Team Lead during reset of Ride & Show system to ensure safe operation.
• Support Attractions Operation team on the safe evacuation of guests from Ride vehicles during downtime.
• Operate company forklift or specialised vehicle such as high-reach boom lifts when required for recovery of Rides and Shows (Training will be provided by company.)
• Operate equipment and tools safely in accordance with general handling practices and Safe Work Procedures.
• Logs completion of inspections, corrective action and/or repairs made and listing of applicable parts used.
• Generate the required Work Orders for repair work performed.
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or related field of studies
• 3-5 Years experience in troubleshooting and repair of basic to moderately complex systems which include - electrical/PLC controls, electro-mechanical devices, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment will be an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical problems and use good judgment in high pressure situations.
• Able to work at height.
• Able to perform 12 hours shift work permanent day and weekends/public holidays.
