Job Description
- Reports to construction manager
- Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all façades
- Visit project sites, arrange and conduct inspections on mainly Facade Works
- Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice
- Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades
- Prepare QA/QC Plan, inspection & test plans/check list for site activities. Review inspection and testing reports
- Issue NCRs, propose corrective action in a timely and effective manner
- Oversee delivery inspection of project materials
- Review, approve and maintain all related documentation
- Other duties as assigned and able to work with minimum supervision
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Dipolma in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum 8 years in building projects
- Experience with architectural and facade works
- Location : Everywhere in Singapore
