Club Executive (Club Operations & Human Resource), Changi Airport Recreation Club
Changi Airport Recreation Club was set up in 1990 as a club for staff members of the airport community and their families and friends. Located at Terminal 2, the Clubhouse provides recreational facilities and organises programmes and events.
You will be an employee of CARC. As Club Executive for Club Operations & HR, your key responsibilities include:
Club Operations
· Propose and source for cost-effective maintenance regimes or upgrading initiatives for Club facilities
· Report maintenance and facilities faults, propose and arrange for rectification or replacement plans to ensure no downtime in facilities and equipment offered to members
· Facility management & procurement/purchasing - obtain quotes & select vendors for cost- effective maintenance, including vendor management
· Ensure smooth running of Club facilities and equipment during large-scale events at the Club
Human Resource
· Plan for and organise the Club's key meetings (AGM, regular MC meetings)
· Help Club manager organise/coordinate Club-wide staff training
· Procurement of office supplies, office equipment and fittings, including monitoring stock-levels
· Maintain all staff entitlement and benefit records, e.g. leave, flexi-benefits
In addition, you will also be called upon to perform the following Standby Duties:
· Up to 3 working days per week on standby for Counter relief duties
· Up to one month per year on standby for Jackpot Ops relief duties
Requirements:
· Relevant work experience in Club Operations, Maintenance / Facility Management & Human Resource Management
· Minimum 3 years
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Shift duties including weekends and public holidays
