Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with clients for business activities relates to Company’s scope of business.
- Support and assist outdoor sales personnel for inquiries and quotations.
- To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers.
- Follow up inquiries from customers.
- Maintain rapports with allocated house accounts including occasional visits together with sales personnel.
- Coordination of air/sea freight shipments with overseas offices and pre-alert customers, follow up with internal operations.
- Assist immediate superior on RFQ and coordinate reports as and when required.
- Handle invoices discrepancies with customer until the invoice is settled.
- Tender management coordination, when required.
- Perform any tasks assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
- Freight forwarder background preferred
- Must have knowledge of preparing quotations and RFQ.
