Hello, we are a brow and lash company. We are looking for a virtual assistant that love being on your phone all the time. The main job entials the following:
- Replying to customer, helping them make bookings
- help director with adhoc duties like finding new commercial spaces on commercial guru
- liase / discuss with director for business development progress
- maintain director schedule, make sure he is updated for any changes
- liase with counterparties like supplier from korea
- handle flights and hotel booking
This sums up most of the work which you can tell it can done virtually. I would still appreciate you coming down once a week at least for meetings.
The starting pay is $550, subjected to increase after the first month probation.

For those that want a long term role, this job is convertable in the near future to other opportunities because we are expanding, to upgraded to other roles such as salon manager.
We are a small team consisting of just the director, one marketing staff and you at the moment. We take around 5-6 clients a day.
It would be appreciated if you are someone that loves texting customer as most of our enquiries are through social media, whatsapp! Also, if you have good time management skills and on the ball person, I feel we will work extremely well together. Look forward to having you as part of our trio!
