- Act as the deputy for the facility manager to guarantee the operational readiness of the property.
- Support the facility manager in developing and revising standard operating procedures for the property.
- Assist the facility manager in creating and updating the planned preventive maintenance schedule.
- Collaborate with the facility manager in conducting daily checks to ensure the property is maintained in a safe and habitable condition.
- Aid the facility manager in overseeing technicians and service vendors, including coordinating and supervising vendors for planned preventive maintenance and ad-hoc corrective maintenance tasks.
- Manage compliance matters, such as ensuring the timely renewal of all statutory licenses, adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) procedures, and overseeing the application for permit-to-work processes.
- Handle work order management tasks, including verifying completed work, processing invoices for payment to vendors for both planned and ad-hoc maintenance works, and documenting claims.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the facility manager.
