Responsibilities
- Key Responsibility is to drive regional visitorship and sales from Philippines, Australia, South Korea.
- Work closely with in-market Offline and Online Travel Agents/Platforms, ecommerce marketplaces to market and distribute RWS products.
- Develop sales & marketing channel strategy, which includes driving new partners acquisition in-markets.
- Prospect for potential new in-market business partners and turn this into increased Business.
- Grow and retain existing accounts, present new products to partners and enhance existing relationships.
- Ensure the portfolio assigned meet its revenue and attendance targets for the resort.
- Work cross functionally and ensure constant communications and calibration between internal business units to launch new initiatives / promotional campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy of offline, online and social media contents for all RWS products.
Requirements
- General Degree or Diploma with strong commercial acumen.
- At least 5 years in the tourism and attractions industry in a similar role. Experience with Philippines, Australia, South Korea market would be an advantage.
- IT savvy & digitally versatile, keen interest on the evolving consumer buying behaviors.
- Strong sense of evolving consumer and media trends in Philippines, Australia, South Korea.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong networking and contacts.
- Highly numerate, adaptable, and goals-driven individual.
- Ability to communicate in native languages is a plus point
- Team player and able to work with various stakeholders.
- Open to frequent travel (up to 20% of time)
