Responsibilities
- Reporting to the HEAD of HR based in Taiwan, the incumbent will lead a team of TA to enable business priorities to support company strong strategic expansion in Taiwan, Singapore & Malaysia
- Developing, shaping & executing global TA strategy by collaboration with business leaders
- Delivering talent market insight in Asia APAC talent pool
- Building a scalable TA model through data driven division making
Requirement
- Degree
- At least 18 years of relevant Talent Acquisition in Semiconductor industry or Hi-Tech MNC
- Experience in manufacturing plant or large-scale rapid expansion
- TA Experience covering Taiwan
