· Position: Assistant Manager (EVENTS)

· Location: Sin Ming

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + HIGH Performance Bonus (2-5 Months)

· Duration: Permanent

· Industry: Transportation (MNC Company)


Main Responsibilities:

· Assist to liaise with events

· To participate in any projects or events organized

· Liaise with vendors and suppliers

· Organizing, Conceptualizing and execution of events.

· Responsible for planning, promoting and ensuring the smooth running of an event schedule

· Responsible to lead and direct an event staff

· Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plan

· Able to support with day to day administrative duties where required

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

· At least 'N' Level and 2 years of working experience in managing events

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
