Responsibilities
- Deliver, oversee and ensure quality of Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
- Performs “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses in to map the Cloud technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs.
- Works closely with technical architects to make the bridge between the business team and IT team.
- Coordinates releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changes in technology, business needs, and industry best practices.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in both Chinese and English, as to interact with users, stakeholders, and technical teams.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically preferred and/or 3+ years related work experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification, such as "Salesforce Certified Administrator," is highly desirable.
- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as "Salesforce Advanced Administrator" or "Salesforce Platform App Builder," can further enhance a candidate's qualifications.
- A solid foundation and hands-on experience working with Salesforce is crucial. Candidates should have practical knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration.
- Ability to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business insights and decision-making.
- Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and CRM concepts. Knowledge of programming languages (such as Apex, JavaScript) is a plus but not always required.
