Job Description :
- To manage the project progress to ensure that the deadlines are being met
- To track project costs in order to meet budget
- To develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- To provide project updates on a consistent basis to the Management & Client/Owner
- To work with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
- To perform quality control on the project throughout to maintain the standards expected
- To enforce adherence and compliance to safety and efficient practices & processes standardized by the Consultant/Owner in the projects
- To prepare progress claims and variation orders
- To manage all coordination and communications between project stakeholders including, but not limited to, the Employer, Design Consultants, Cost Management Consultant and Subcontractors
- To identify issues and escalate to the Project Management team well ahead of time
- Any other work related tasks or duties deemed required and assigned by the management
Job Requirement :
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge in safety and construction regulations or has CSCPM will be an advantage
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders
- Able to analyze, think critically and solve problems
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
