Customer Service Executive

(Part time) Seletar

(Full Time 4/5 Day Week)

• Opening and closing of outlet
• Maintain cleanliness and image of outlet
• Receive garments from customers and advise them on the process
• Sort laundry according to fabric & colours
• Collect and report daily payments received
• Other general tasks assigned

Requirements

• Pleasant and friendly disposition
• Good attitude
• Attention to detail
• Experience in retail or laundry and dry-cleaning is beneficial, but not necessary
• Able to work independently
• Willing to learn
• Training and guidance will be provided

Working hours

• 1/2/3/4 days per week (number of days and which days can be discussed) for part time
• 4/5 days per week full time
• 10am to 10pm
• Aircon environment
