Job Descriptions
- Responsible for the delivery of all dialysis related nursing services for Renal Disease patients
- Supervise and perform direct patient care
- Analyse patient assessments, laboratory data and, when concerns are noted, bring issues to the attention of the physician(s)
- Instruct patients on pre- and post-dialysis care
- Participate in the development and implementation of the patient’s short- and long-term plan of care and monthly progress notes
Job Requirements
- Possesses valid SNB and BCLS
