Our Digital Transformation team is looking for an experienced Software Support Specialist to contribute within our digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Use standard processes, implement existing diagnosis methods, solutions/workarounds to effectively deal with users and technical issues to achieve problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Work within an agile development teams to understand the web application and mobile application (Front end and Back end)
- Responding to support tickets and resolving technical issues and replying to users when reqired.
- Diagnosing and troublrshooting software related errors.
- Provide L2 support in terms of debugging, development work at code level to patch bugs.
Requirements:
- min. Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant discipline
- Strong communicator and good in stakeholder management
- Experience in modern web application technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript.
