Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians on the day-to-day operations
- Attend to user request/reported breakdown, to investigate, check and analyse the requests/faults
- Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
- Prepare and manage quotations for improvement, repair and rectification works
- Verifying contractors’ quotations, service reports and invoices
- Issuing of Purchase Order to contractors and ensure works carried out accordingly to quote in timely and orderly manner
- Conduct regular building inspection with accordance to NEN2767 inspection standard
- To conduct general inspection and provide inspection report with recommendation when require
- Assist in emergency drills and provide logistic support for any events held in the building
- Any other ad-hoc FM related duties
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil & Structural recognised by PE Board
- Experience in IFM related field
- Experience in Geotechnical will be an advantage
- Experience in Critical Environments (Data Centre / Cleanroom / Semiconductor plant) is an added advantage
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
