Overview
Assist ESG Business Unit in research, client support and other operational related tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
• Research and identify new business opportunities (including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets)
• Engage with clients to understand and evaluate client’s pain points with respect of ESG compliance and reporting.
• Articulate and propose business solutions to clients based on the needs.
• Understand BoardRoom’s ESG reporting tool and its application to solve some of the client’s key ESG challenges
• Assist BD support to onboard and engage clients.
• Contribute to the preparation of white papers and presentation materials.
Participate in industry forums related to sustainability.
Requirements
• Degree in business administration or relevant field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Time management & planning skills.
• Experience in client management is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
