Project Executive
Main Objective:
- Ensure a smooth order execution and drive through issues to success.
- Lead and support different functions achieving zero delay and 100 percent delivery compliance.
- Main contact point between internal and external customers. Establish good reporting practice and close communication with Customers.
- Build on current work process and seek for areas of improvement.
- Support Commercial and Supply Chain teams in initiatives.
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Support/ improve/ develop new IT tools/system to simplify SC processes and increase efficiencies (eg: Expediting reporting, Planning, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage of contracts/orders execution from the time of contract/order review to the time of delivery and payment is fully accomplished.
- Facilitate project communications and provide dedicated support to key accounts by weekly updating.
- Participate in and follow up production activities, periodic inspection and actively track delivery timeline against commitment.
- Assume execution responsibilities, plan downstream logistics and delivery as per agreed terms.
- Assess risk on bids and recommend mitigating measures in securing businesses.
- Provide inputs towards continuous improvements from time to time.
- Manage post-sales obligations; track and expedite project progression; timely reporting of project status.
- Develop and monitor KPIs of the project.
- Chairing Project kick-off meetings, TPI coordination within production facility parties. Ensure that all Quality Assurance and Safety procedures are carried out.
- Actively participate and involve in appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard / incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls
- To participate in scheduled/unscheduled safety walks & liaison all HSE matters with safety officer till completion
- Ensure work activities and behaviour achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements.

Person Specification
Knowledge and Skills:
- Preferrable Product & Quality knowledge.
- Preferrable some engineering technical knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, Analytical and Creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to facilitate and communicate effectively on all levels.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solver and think strategically.
- Good organizational, time management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.
Qualifications:
- At least bachelor’s degree in business/ engineering
- Competent PC skills
Experience:
- Preferrable at least 24 months related experience in a similar industry.
- Experiences in Customer Service, Logistic, Expediating, Order/ Contract management.
