- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective office management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff.
- Manage office facilities and resources, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Maintain records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle employee-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding, flight and hotel bookings, visa etc.
- Organize receipts and invoices
- Keep track of liquor inventory
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance administrative workflow.
- Manage office related tasks.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Director.
Requirements
- Preferably able to speak fluent Man.darin
- Proactive and experience in administration
- Good in MS Office
- Can work independently, good in problem solving
