Job Description
- Work closely with stakeholders for weekly flash report
- Generate P&L statements, ensuring timely completion of monthly closing
- Ensure accuracy and timely monthly reports including regional P&L, variance analysis and etc
- Prepare schedules for balance sheet accounts and ensure appropriate actions are taken
- Lead the preparation of regional forecasts and budgets
- Proactively engage stakeholders in a comprehensive understanding of performance drivers, moving beyond mere reporting to provide insightful analysis that supports decision-making and adds value
- Liaise with external auditors
- Identify opportunities for process/system improvements
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or its equivalent
- 6 years of working experience, including audit experience
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and manager with capability to lead, develop and drive performance of the team members
