Customer Service Admin (Front Desk) - East

Our client is a chemistry tuition center in Singapore, offering classes for students through engaging teaching methodologies.


Job Highlights:

• Basic Salary: Up to $3000
• Working Hours: (5 days work week) Weekdays 2pm-10pm, Sunday 8:30am-6:30pm
• Off Days: Wednesday and Saturday
• Location: Bedok (Opp Bedok MRT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management (enrollment, registration, handle enquiries, billings/invoices/payments etc).
• Maintain accurate student records, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Manage students' attendance, class schedules and communicate any changes in the schedule to relevant parties.
• Provide administrative support to instructors' to ensure necessary materials and resources are available when required.
• Ensure that the center is clean and well-maintained.
• Any other ad-hoc general admin duties as assigned necessarily.


Requirements:

• A Level/Diploma or above holders, entry level/no experience are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and administrative tools.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to details.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
