Job Description
- To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team/client so as to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality and accuracy.
- To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
- To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
- To check services routes and contractor’s setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team.
- To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
- To record all variations as instructed or approved by consultant team.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be registered with BCA/IES as Resident Technical Officer
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): supervision in underpass/bridge/road/drain/PCN construction, structural steel construction, bored micropiles. Supervision of architectural/landscape works.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Contract duration : around 30 months

- Job Site: PIE near St Andrew's Village
- Must have Structural Steel Supervision Cert
- Able to start work by 1st Mar 2024
