Responsibilities:
· To supervise and manage all project works from commencement to completion.
· Ensure all projects to complete on time, with good project scheduling and planning skills.
· Ensure project cost is kept within budget.
· Familiar with trades required for interior fit-out works and to coordinate with sub-contractors for all construction and installation works.
· Attend required meetings such as project implementation, safety and progress meetings.
- Prepare Progress Reports to Client for regular project reporting.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiar with prevailing local safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
· ITE or Diploma in Construction Management/Interior Design/Architecture
· Minimum 3 years experience in interior fit-out projects site management.
- Processes good technical and site knowledge for interior fit-out works.
- Class 3 Driving License an advantage.
· Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate approved by BCA.
· Certificate for BizSafe Level 2 Course (minimum)
- Able to converse well in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
