Responsibilities:
Assist the team with administrative support on:
· Route Planning – Assist sales department in installation and appointments scheduling.
· Attend to customer online enquiry and quotation (E.g., Facebook, Instagram, Email, Phone calls).
· Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
· And any ad-hoc jobs as per required
Requirements:
· Skills for Excel and PowerPoint
· Able to work independently
· Willingness to learn new things
