Responsibility:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
- Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- To recruit and onboard new business development team members.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Set clear KPIs for the recruitment and training processes.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to business development activities.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on progress and challenges.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business / Finance or any related discipline.
- Preferred with at least 2 years of sales experience.
- Good knowledge in Financial Industry (preferred).
- Exceptional account management and sales acquisition skills.
- Strong consultative/solution and value selling skills, results driven sales skills and the ability to close high level account renewals.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
